Cancellation Policy

AtTravels Zone, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies in line with standard practices and applicable Indian laws. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below before making a booking.

Room Booking Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be requested inwriting(via email or official communication channel) and acknowledged by our team.
  • Cancellations made at least 07 days priorto the scheduled arrival date are eligible for afull refund, after deducting applicable processing fees and/or bank charges, if any.
  • Cancellations within 07 daysof the arrival date will be treated as a"No Show"and will incur a100% retention charge(no refund).
  • No refunds will be applicable for early check-out or reduction in stay duration.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within10–15 business daysfrom the date of cancellation acknowledgment.
  • Refunds will be issued through theoriginal mode of paymentused during booking.

Force Majeure

In cases of cancellation due tonatural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events, our team will assess the situation and may offer:

  • Rescheduling options, or
  • Partial refund, subject to vendor policies and case evaluation.

General Terms

  • All refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of third-party vendors, hotels, or service providers involved in the booking.
  • Modifications to bookings may incur additional charges.
